Elana Bardetta works as Fashion Director for Bride to Be magazine Australia. Elana has been styling and directing editorial for Bride to Be since 2006.

The latest of Elana’s images have been photographed by Corrie Bond who has shot Robertaglass lingerie in editorial this year for marie claire and Notebook as well as Bride to Be.

The collabotation between Elana's styling and Corrie"s photography produces images of soft femininity and timeless quality.

How did you get started in fashion? At first I wanted to be a fashion designer but a diploma of design cured me of that. I leave the designing to the experts!  Putting together beautiful pieces to create a 'look' is a creative way for me to enjoy my love of fashion.

What was your first job in fashion? My first mag job was Fashion assistant at B magazine, working my way up to Market Editor, then Junior fashion Editor at Dolly.  This was followed by a freelance stint as Fashion Editor for the Cosmo brand titles and ending with me at Bride to be where I am today.  First Fashion Editor, now Fashion Director.

Best locations? Tahiti, The Cook islands, Whistler and Lake Louise.

Favourite way to relax? A long walk by the water with my boyfriend and my dog - my 2 favourite guys.

Food? Perama for Greek, Buon Ricordo & Pilu at Freshie for Italian, Est for everything.

Drink? Champagne, definitely!
